Job Title

We're seeking a seasoned automation professional to join our team and drive business growth through scalable systems.

As an Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier. Your expertise will be key in integrating third-party APIs and creating custom connectors where needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create efficient backend workflows that minimize manual effort and boost speed across various business units.
  • Develop a centralized automation library of templates, modules, and playbooks for seamless reusability across clients and internal operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation-driven solutions.
  • Analyze workflows and craft scalable, modular automation systems that meet the needs of our dynamic organization.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable) and a solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – you'll build clean, maintainable systems that drive real results.
  • Excellent documentation habits and knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required.
