Automation Support Specialist Role

As a key member of our automation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of RPA solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and resolving technical issues in a production environment, developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions, as well as ensuring their reliability and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve technical issues in a production environment to ensure optimal system performance\
  • Develop, deploy, and support RPA solutions to meet business needs and requirements\
  • Ensure the reliability and stability of automated processes through proactive monitoring and issue detection\
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Document and optimize support processes to ensure seamless execution\
  • Manage changes to automation solutions, including testing and validating updates and enhancements\
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to automation solutions to maintain high standards\
  • Lead a support team and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster growth and development\
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and support teams to ensure knowledge sharing and expertise transfer\

Requirements:

  • \
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism\
  • 1.5+ years of experience with low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, or Mendix\
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving technical issues in a production environment\
  • Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.\
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar\
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes\
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\
  • Experience supporting automation solutions in cloud environments\
  • Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer)\
  • Certifications in low code/no code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Certification, OutSystems Professional Developer) are highly desirable\
  • ITIL/CSM Certification is highly desired\
