About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Administrator to oversee our HR systems architecture and ensure smooth operation, accurate data, and system support for strategic and operational HR needs.

This role is crucial in leading the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology stack. You will work closely with our data analyst to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of people analytics and with our IT department on broader systems integrations and infrastructure updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Systems Ownership: Ensure seamless HR systems operation, data accuracy, and system support.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems, including upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
  • Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serve as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
