About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive growth in key industrial accounts across Bangalore, Mysore, and Hosur. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing OEM and channel partner relationships to expand our sensing and solution business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in Tier 1 OEM, healthcare, construction, and government PSUs.
  • Map and convert Honeywell potential across industrial automation sectors.
  • Manage key account plans and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce and sales processes to report and track business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in complex industrial markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
