Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is based in Noida and will be responsible for lead generation, achieving sales targets, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will bring energy, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for driving sales within the lighting industry's B2B and trade verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through dealer networks, contractors, institutional clients, and trade channels.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets across product categories and regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and channel partner relationships.
- Conduct regular product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales activities with promotional initiatives.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Ensure timely sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in Sales / Business Development, preferably in lighting, electricals, consumer electronics, or building materials industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and expand dealer/distributor relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience in the LED Lighting industry will be a strong plus.
