Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Architect Lead

This is a key leadership role in our organization, where you will drive the development of innovative solutions that transform the healthcare industry.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare domain and strong techno-functional capabilities. You will be responsible for leading solution design, offering development, and go-to-market strategies for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment. They will also possess proven expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, technology landscape, business analysis, solutioning, and AI-led techno-functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design/evolution of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC.
  • Track and align with HCLS industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
  • Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
  • Lead customer meetings/workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position/co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
  • Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment.
  • Proven expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, technology landscape, business analysis, solutioning, and AI-led techno-functional solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, innovation orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
