The position of Solutions Transformation Consultant involves leading revenue growth and driving transformative business outcomes with clients by leveraging AI-powered solutions.

You will be responsible for orchestrating impactful business transformations with client stakeholders by solving complex challenges and questioning the status quo. This role leads the charge from initial engagement to successful execution, delivering value to clients through innovative solutions.

This is not a typical sales or pre-sales role where you 'move-on' to the next-gig after collecting an agreement or purchase order from a client. As a Solutions Transformation Consultant, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset, as our engineers solve intelligent outcomes. You remain accountable for the solutions proposed, the deals closed, and the real outcomes realized.

As a tech-savvy, consultative seller with strategic expertise, you'll make a significant impact on our clients' businesses by catalyzing growth, owning revenue, and architecting effective strategies that earn client trust.

• Consulting pedigree: Evolving expertise (7+ years) in business technology and outcome consulting, driving impactful contributions within modernization journeys on modern CSP tech stacks.
• Commercial contribution: Proven track record of driving tangible contributions to net-new services business development, supporting larger deals and identifying compelling growth avenues.
• Client-facing tech acumen: Demonstrated effectiveness (4+ years) in client-facing technical pre-sales or solution architecting, forging and deepening trust as a reliable technical advisor.
• Locally tuned: Growing understanding of the local terrain, empowering impactful navigation and direct solution contribution to client success.
