Job Title: Fitness Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Education
    • Develop, conduct and evaluate structured training sessions for gym trainers on professional behavior, soft skills, sales techniques, cross-selling & revenue generation skills, fitness education.
    • Design and implement role plays, case studies, real-life simulations for better learning impact.
    • Trainer Evaluation & Development
      • Assess trainers' performance during and after training sessions.
      • Provide constructive feedback and create individual development plans.
      • Monitor trainer's progress, ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
      • Content Creation
        • Design engaging training modules, SOPs, manuals aligned with industry standards.
        • Regularly update content to reflect industry trends and organizational needs.
        • Collaboration & Quality Assurance
          • Work closely with Regional Managers, Gym Managers, HR to identify training needs.
          • Support new trainer onboarding and induction processes.
          • Culture Building
            • Ensure trainers embody WTF Gyms' values: professionalism, customer-centricity, excellence.
            • Foster a positive culture of learning, service orientation, sales accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Fitness Management or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: ACE / ISSA / NASM / ACSM.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as Fitness Trainer / Master Trainer / Corporate Trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition, personal training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to train sales and soft skills.
  • Energetic, motivational, approachable personality.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Trainer PT sales conversion % improvement post-training.
  • Cross-sell/upsell contribution to gym revenue.
  • Number of training sessions conducted monthly.
  • Trainer evaluation scores & customer satisfaction scores.
  • Reduction in trainer-related customer complaints.
