We are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts and drive business growth.
About the RoleThis challenging role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business development expertise to identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement international sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Client Acquisition: Build and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and direct clients across global territories.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth in assigned international markets.
- Negotiation: Handle high-value negotiations, contracts, and pricing with overseas clients and partners.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, marketing, logistics, and finance teams for efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all international sales activities comply with local laws, export-import regulations, and internal standards.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in different regions to refine strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and regional trends to senior management.
- Trade Shows & Travel: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree: In Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in international sales or global business development.
- Track record: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding international sales targets.
- Global knowledge: Strong knowledge of global markets, trade practices, and cross-border regulations.
- Communication skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Cultural sensitivity: Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work across different time zones and business environments.
- Travel willingness: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Language proficiency: Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and international sales platforms.
