  • Regularly engage with managers and employees to address P&O-related issues proactively, conduct monthly meetings with managers, department heads, and employees to understand business imperatives and ensure alignment with P&O goals.">
  • Support the P&O Business Partner in building a diverse and robust talent pipeline, provide guidance on appropriate P&O programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment and strategy.">
  • Participate and actively engage with P&O initiatives and projects for the Goa location and EA BU, maintain reports and data to support the decision-making process.">
  • Closely work with the TA team along with the P&O Business Partner in executing recruitment strategies to support the expansion plans in Goa.">
  • Actively support the governance of local labor laws and compliance for all factories in Goa, manage employee relations, contractor compliance, and grievance handling to maintain a positive work environment.">
  • Maintain and ensure the highest standards of data quality in employee databases (e.g., CHCM, e-list) in coordination with GBS colleagues.">
  • Participate in global projects such as Operations 4 Future (GIS & PA factories) to ensure timely achievement of action points, lead and coordinate location reviews and P&O BP presentations for local management.">
  • Ensure accurate delivery of Employee Lifecycle services in collaboration with GBS colleagues, from onboarding to exit processes.">
  • Implement and coordinate programs including volunteering drives, cultural events, engagement activities, and outdoor team-building (OBT) events tailored to the Goa location & EA BU.">
  • Participate in transport, cultural, and canteen initiatives, ensuring effective management and execution.">
  • Manage Nexus-related tasks for BPOs, position creation, statutory payments, and other administrative duties.">
  • Oversight of SRM processes for transport, events, uniforms, and other related activities.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

">

A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate, which includes an estimated annual salary of ₹12,50,000 - ₹15,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
