Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for qualified candidates to ensure timely hiring.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
- Performance Management: Implement Continuous Performance Management System, including Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential employees and provide them with opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Drive Recognition and Rewards programs to motivate high-performing employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in any field, preferably with an MBA in HR.
- At least 3+ years of experience in the role of HRBP.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
