The Payroll Specialist will provide exceptional support and guidance to clients navigating payroll software.

This role requires a strong understanding of payroll operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our payroll system to offer expert advisory services to clients.
  • Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of our payroll software.
  • Join client calls to address queries and doubts related to the payroll system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues.
  • Keep clients informed of product updates and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Stay informed of changes in payroll laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing or customer support roles.
  • Proficiency in payroll software/systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
