Payroll Expert Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and take on the role of Payroll Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Respond to payroll enquiries using systems or 3rd party resources to explain pay adjustments, tax laws and related changes
  • Work closely with offshore teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and acquire knowledge of other members' payroll activities
  • Ensure completion of all tasks to support payroll processing and complete sign-off schedule for review
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) of payroll processes
Requirements:
  • Any graduate from any recognized university with 4-6 years of relevant experience in payroll operations
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Knowledge and experience in HRIS systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Expertise to deliver within defined Turnaround Time
