Job Title

The Technology Operations Manager oversees daily IT operational activities across Systems, Voice, and Network to ensure seamless functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 24x7 Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations for Systems, Network, and Voice effectively with minimal service disruptions.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) covering Infrastructure, Voice, and Network domains.
  • Ensure high availability, patching, and performance tuning of systems and network services.
  • Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams to ensure policy adherence and audit readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • At least 8-15 years in a similar role. Exposure to Wintel Operations is desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Active Directory/Server 2008/2012 are highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience in Wintel & Datacenter Operations is essential.
  • Knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) automation & Enhancements, Backup solutions, MS-O365 Messaging, Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Monitoring & Observability is necessary.
