Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Designation: Manager-RPO
  • Domain Expertise: Manufacturing

This is a people manager role reporting to the Service Delivery Leader or AVP – RPO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, TA leadership, HR contacts, and the broader business.
  • Gain understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs and align sourcing strategy.
  • Ensure high-quality communication with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience.
  • Become a key contact point for recruitment queries/issues arising in the RPO team.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future activity and improve compliance.
  • Communicate process benefits to key stakeholders, including changes in process and new initiatives.
  • Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Experience: 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR Quick learners with excellent communication skills

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication
  • Strong experience of hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles
  • Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage
  • Head Hunting Skills
  • Positive attitude towards work

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS)

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
