Job Posting for Experienced Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll and Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in payroll processing and strong knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.

In this role, you will be working closely with senior management to develop and implement effective payroll strategies, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting and analyzing payroll data, and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing, including preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information and payment history

  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure compliance with changing legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement
