Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Placements team.

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Finance, Business Analytics (BA), or Data Science (DS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • On-board and manage corporate partners for student placements and internships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to on-board new corporate partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.
  • Organize regular meetings and communication with corporate partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure high-quality placements.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during placements.

Requirements:

Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputed business school, with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
