Job Profile:

We are seeking skilled legal professionals to fill a senior role in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, providing expert advice to clients, and developing strategies to avoid and manage disputes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions to clients.
  • Dispute Management: Develop strategies to avoid and manage disputes.
  • Negotiations and Client Counselling: Represent clients in negotiations and provide expert client counselling.

Requirements include a Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS) degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills are also essential, as is the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
