As a Legal Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our legal and regulatory affairs.

  • Advise on commercial agreements including third-party contracts, service agreements, partnerships, and license agreements.
  • Support general corporate legal matters with a solid understanding of the Indian Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.
  • Assist in creating processes for efficient contract negotiation and management, including developing standard form agreements and legal databases.
  • Lead communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage proactively with regulatory bodies, providing policy advocacy support, and ensuring compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other relevant frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • A Law Graduate from a recognized university with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, M&A, and/or general corporate legal matters is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines for NBFCs, SEBI, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance.
  • A proactive legal professional who can collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
