As a Senior Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting of Legal Documents: Draft legal notices, responses, and other documents that are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company documents, including contracts and other relevant paperwork.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide legal advisory services to various departments within the company, conducting research into business operations and applicable laws to ensure compliance.
  • External Coordination: Coordinate with external lawyers in relation to ongoing litigation, arbitration, and other legal matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Background: Candidates from law firms, real estate, or construction backgrounds may apply.
  • Strong Drafting and Communication Skills: A strong background in drafting and communication is essential for this role.
  • Experience and Location: Candidates with 10+ years of experience from Delhi (NCR) preferably Gurugram should apply.
Required Skills:
  • Laws and Regulations: Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, RERA, and regulations is required.
  • Strong Drafting and Communication Skills: Strong drafting and communication skills are essential for this role.
