
Apparel Business Leader

As a seasoned professional in the apparel industry, you will take on the pivotal role of Category Manager.
Our ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising, with a keen eye for product trends and consumer behavior.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the category end-to-end, balancing fashion, analytics, and strategy to drive business growth across seasons.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage profitability at the category level, plan pricing, discounts, and margins to meet growth targets.
- Identify growth levers and monitor revenue performance, ensuring healthy inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and dead stock.
- Forecast demand based on data, seasonality & trends, collaborating with sourcing & production teams to ensure timely replenishments.
- Build collections that align with customer demand & brand identity, planning product mix across price points, characters & collections.
- Track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical & Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Able to manage fast-paced timelines & multiple stakeholders.
- Marketplace experience (Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, etc.) is a plus.
- Direct collaboration with founders & core team members.
