As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and achieving sales objectives by cultivating strong relationships with key corporate clients and media agencies. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, enhancing brand visibility through offline promotions, and delivering results-driven sales campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or corporate development, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management. Exceptional candidates from non-sales backgrounds who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving periodic sales targets for assigned sales campaigns
- Handling corporate clients and media agencies for business procurement
- Identifying new clients across various sectors and developing business opportunities
- Client servicing and relationship building
- Sales and marketing efforts for acquiring new clients for branding and sustenance campaigns
- Handling the complete sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation to sales closure
- Implementing daily activity reports, market intelligence reports, and competition tracking reports
- New business development and onboarding new brands
- Tracking advertisement campaigns and presentations
- Collections and reporting
