As a seasoned HR Strategist, you will spearhead our company's workforce development initiatives. Your expertise in talent acquisition and management will enable us to build a high-performing team that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet business hiring needs across multiple functions and levels.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate talent requirements and create proactive hiring pipelines.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
    • Develop employer branding initiatives (social media campaigns, career fairs, referral programs, etc.).
    • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Workforce Planning
    • Act as an HR Business Partner for designated business units, providing HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Drive strategic workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning in collaboration with business leaders.
    • Conduct regular HR reviews with leadership to address performance, attrition, and engagement issues.
    • Support organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • HR Operations
    • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience, morale, and retention.
    • Performance Management: Manage goal setting, appraisal processes, and ensure timely and fair feedback cycles.
    • Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support career development initiatives.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Provide input on salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and policy enhancements.
    • Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, labor law requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in talent acquisition and management.
  • Prior experience in HR Business Partnering roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR verticals and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics & reporting.
