
Multilingual Content and Customer Support Specialist

About this role
We are seeking passionate individuals to fill a Customer Support and Content position.
Your main goal for this role will be to provide excellent customer satisfaction by handling customer queries, translating content into Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, and creating engaging content for our website.
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for contacting customers through various channels, responding to their complaints in a professional manner, and maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
In addition to this, you should possess good listening skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to complete tasks simultaneously.
The responsibilities include:
- Understanding products and services provided by the company.
- Supporting customers through email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Maintaining records of each phone call.
- Providing new employees with training sessions to enhance their skills.
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Following up with customers for further information.
- Taking feedback from customers.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with customers.
- Creating content for the team in line with marketing requirements.
- Contributing to social media and website content.
This role requires:
- Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
- Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages.
- Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
