We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to assume the role of Senior Branch Manager. This position will play a critical part in driving our business forward, focusing on equity trading, third-party product sales, and new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth: As a senior branch manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability. You will drive revenue growth through equity trading and third-party product sales, and ensure the team is equipped to meet these objectives.
  • Branch Operations Management: In this role, you will manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk guidelines, maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership & People Management: As a senior branch manager, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff. You will set performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients is crucial in this role. You will provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.
  • Market Analysis & Advisory Support: You will stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments. You will provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the equity market and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role is required. The ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines, along with effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, is essential.
