Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a full-time Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology and data science operations in India. As the head of technology, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical staff involved in developing clinically relevant AI-enabled health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Manage the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical and care management perspective.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Build internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Improve project management tools and processes to optimize team performance and results.
  • Encourage continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide teams to transform business ideas into practical data- and AI-driven health analytics.
  • Grow a skilled and dedicated team through selective hiring and integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience running and leading international teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating a software product.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, and/or data science.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
