- Oversee the creation of digital and social media plans that meet client objectives.
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Guide a team of social media experts in creating innovative campaigns and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure that campaigns align with client goals, rather than just completing tasks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular client review meetings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Have a deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and best practices for each.
- 6-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
