We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive our social media initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and support overall business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a strategic social marketing plan to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Manage social media campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills Required
  • Proven experience in a social marketing or social media management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Expertise in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles.
  • The ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
