Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to drive growth in our solar solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for solar inspection and solar panel cleaning solutions
  • Engage with solar power plants, large farms, and solar cell manufacturers to identify opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical teams
  • Present tailored solutions and convert leads into successful closures
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, Excel-based reporting, and MOM (minutes of meeting) documentation
  • Track daily activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance
  • Travel as needed to client locations for business development and relationship building

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in solar energy, automation, or clean-tech sectors
  • Exposure to solar farms, solar cell manufacturing, O&M, or solar auditing companies
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and business closures
