We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Energy Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive the growth of solar energy solutions in Residential Solar and SME Rooftop sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients through various channels, cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine solar installation suitability.
  • Present solar solutions and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of renewable energy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements include a degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or a related field, 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in solar or energy solutions. Technical knowledge of Solar PV technology and EPC processes is essential, as well as experience in channel management and advanced MS Office skills.
