**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in solar string inverters. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our solar string inverter systems.

**Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of technical issues related to solar string inverters remotely and on-site.
  • Providing prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar string inverter systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to improve product performance and reliability.
  • Documenting all service activities, technical solutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Training customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of solar string inverter systems.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to provide proactive technical support and recommendations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters.

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems.

- Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters.

- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles as applied to solar PV systems.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
