About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project execution, with a strong educational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the timely and quality execution of solar installations at the project site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Monitor daily installation activities of solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely material delivery.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks, ensuring proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues, conducting initial system testing and commissioning.
  • Maintain daily work progress reports and report to the Project Manager with updates and issues.

Requirements:

  • Technical skills: Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components; familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning.
  • Soft skills: Strong leadership and communication, problem-solving, and time management.
