Senior Leasing Director

- Maintaining year-over-year revenue growth by identifying market trends and implementing targeted sales initiatives.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KRAs), identifying areas for improvement, and developing corrective actions to ensure goals are met.
- Staying ahead of the market by actively meeting clients, developers, and networking to identify early-stage opportunities.
- Providing closure support to the team during large transactions and preparing annual and monthly target vacancy lists.
- Ensuring transaction closures across various asset classes.
- Monitoring team performance and implementing policies related to work health and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Effective execution of transactions and lead funnel prioritization.
- Developing creative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and reviewing marketing communication related to leasing activities.
- Approving all marketing materials and conducting due diligence on market deals to share information with the team.
- Handling a team of research executives, managers, and junior staff.
- Regularly interacting with clients to build confidence and maintain relationships.
- Overseeing transaction documents and ensuring successful execution.
- Responding to client issues and maintaining strong professional relationships.
