About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled App Growth Strategist to join our team. As an App Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue growth through scalable marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, and YouTube, to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Develop and implement AI-assisted creative pipelines to improve campaign performance.
- Own and improve core funnel metrics: CPI, CPT, CPS, install-to-subscription-to-sale, and CAC/LTV.
Analytics & Attribution:
- Set up and refine analytics tools, including GA4 and GTM, for end-to-end funnel tracking.
- Implement attribution frameworks, such as Meta CAPI and Google Conversion tracking, to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Build and monitor dashboards for CAC/LTV cohort analysis and creative performance metrics.
AI-Powered Marketing:
- Utilize AI tools for campaign optimization, audience insights, and creative performance enhancement.
- Automate reporting and bidding adjustments using AI/ML workflows.
- Explore new AI applications, such as predictive LTV models and AI-led personalization.
Test & Learn Growth Mindset:
- Run structured experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and balance speed with rigor.
- Scale only what proves ROI positive and prioritize actions that drive real impact.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing or app growth, ideally in fintech, subscription, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record scaling Meta and Google Ads with significant budgets.
- Hands-on experience with attribution tools and event tracking in GA4.
- Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, CAC/LTV modeling, and SQL basics.
- A bias for action, self-motivation, and a willingness to experiment and learn.
