Job Title: Bulk Hiring Specialist

This role is focused on high-volume hiring and onboarding processes within a BPO environment. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure efficient hiring and onboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates specifically for BPO roles
  • Coordinating high-volume walk-in drives and hiring events
  • Managing scheduling, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates

Onboarding Assistance:
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires in bulk hiring contexts
  • Organizing induction programs tailored for large batches of employees
  • Ensuring onboarding documentation is completed efficiently

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
  • Being the first point of contact for basic employee queries related to BPO operations
  • Escalating unresolved issues to senior HR team members
  • Supporting initiatives to maintain a positive work environment for floor employees

HR Operations:
  • Updating and maintaining records of high-volume hires in the HRMS system
  • Assisting in creating reports on hiring metrics and compliance audits
  • Supporting attendance and payroll processing for new hires

Employee Engagement:
  • Helping organize floor engagement activities for BPO employees
  • Conducting feedback sessions to improve employee experience
  • Assisting in implementing reward and recognition programs

Policy Support:
  • Assisting in communicating and implementing HR policies for BPO employees
  • Providing initial-level training on workplace expectations and ethics

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to BPO bulk hiring and onboarding
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and high-volume hiring techniques
  • Basic proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
