This role oversees the reception area, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Communication Management: Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries.
- Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage mail, courier packages, visitor logs, and passes.
- Clerical Duties: Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks, maintain records and documents.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication is essential for interacting with diverse groups.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, maintain records, and keep the office organized.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and telephone systems.
- Customer Service: Friendly and welcoming attitude to provide excellent service to visitors and guests.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy in tasks.
