Senior AI/ML Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML professional to lead our data science and AI engineering teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of AI/ML model development, from research and design to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and ML developers to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI/ML model development, including research, design, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions.
  • Ensure project milestones are clearly defined, tracked, and met according to established timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in AI/ML development and deployment with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Solid experience with data science methodologies, algorithm design, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in programming languages essential for AI/ML development, such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks and tools including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
