Job Description

A highly skilled professional with expertise in business analytics is required to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and automate complex dashboards using visualization tools.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights and decision-support tools.
  • Perform data wrangling and transformation using Power Query, advanced formulas, and scripting where needed.
  • Build and maintain data models to support analytical solutions and dashboards.
  • Conduct in-depth business and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance reporting and process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics roles with proven Level 3 capabilities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Advanced formulas and functions, Power Query and Power Pivot, and VBA/Macros automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in data wrangling and data cleansing techniques.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, DAX (if working with Power BI), and relational databases.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Exposure to or working knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot for Excel/analytics tasks, and Automate or Zapier for workflow automation.
