Job Summary

As a seasoned Business Analytics professional, you will be responsible for driving data-led decision-making by analyzing sales, inventory, and customer behavior to optimize product and store strategies.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate insights into business impact. You will build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key retail KPI's, enabling real-time performance visibility.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or data roles in a fast-paced D2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.

We seek individuals with strong analytical storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively. Self-starters with high ownership, detail orientation, and a bias for action are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales, inventory, and customer behavior to improve product and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key retail KPI's.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Present strategic recommendations to leadership to drive growth initiatives and operational improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc).
  • Ability to understand core business drivers and translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
