Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI/ML Engineer to work across our AI initiatives, including NLP, deep learning, and end-to-end ML/data pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions integrated with robust data engineering practices.

The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing machine learning models in production environments, working with generative AI models and NLP techniques, applying prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, building end-to-end ML workflows from data preprocessing to model evaluation, contributing to the development of conversational AI solutions, and ensuring code quality, performance, and security in all implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
  • Work with generative AI models and NLP techniques.
  • Apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Build end-to-end ML workflows from data preprocessing to model evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development of conversational AI solutions.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and related ML libraries/Ecosystem.
  • Experience with data science tools (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of generative AI models and frameworks, including OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers, and related technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with expertise in generative AI and data engineering.
