We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Senior Technical Process Executives for our Windows Support Chat Process in Hyderabad. About the Role:

Position: Senior Technical Process Executive

Location: 100% Work from Office

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
  • Provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support.
  • Create a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.
  • Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
  • Certifications like Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
  • Ready for 100% Work from Office, no hybrid option
