Job Title: Engineering Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Manager to oversee complex projects, drive business growth, and maintain the highest level of quality. With a strong background in program management, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • At least 8 years of program management experience in financial services or technology
  • Experience working in banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs with budgets exceeding $10M
  • Strong understanding of banking systems (core banking, payment processing, risk management)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
  • Understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and practices
