Project Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, identifying use cases and value propositions, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Analyze IT and OT data sources, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers to adapt platform modules and dashboards to meet project-specific needs.
  • Design and implement project-specific algorithms for optimization, fault detection, and diagnostics.
  • Integrate data from various sources, using admin panels to deploy solutions and configure rules.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to implement platforms, including data acquisition, validation, analytics, and visualization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics from a reputable university, with at least 10 years of professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience in managing building solution deployments, defining technical and functional requirements, and working with development teams.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or testing/commissioning instrumentation & control systems, including integrations with 3rd-party systems.
  • Knowledge of IoT platforms, gateways, data acquisition, analytics, and cloud solutions.
  • Edge Computing and Digital Twins knowledge is preferable.
  • Coding skills (Python, React, Javascript, etc.) and designing Graphical User Interfaces/dashboards are desirable.
  • Certifications from relevant organizations/training institutes are also desirable.
