As a key member of the team, the Supply Chain Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

The coordinator will oversee indent management, material code generation, procurement and order tracking, inventory and stock monitoring, compliance and approvals, logistics coordination, promotional allocation and disbursement, and reporting and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Indent Management: Raise indents for promotional materials based on marketing and sales team requirements.
  • Material Code Generation: Coordinate with internal systems and departments to generate material codes for new promotional items.
  • Procurement & Order Tracking: Track purchase order (PO) status to ensure timely procurement of promotional materials.
  • Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Monitor the availability of full promotional kits and track physical stock availability at Central Warehouse.
  • Compliance & Approvals: Check for and obtain necessary import approvals as applicable for imported promotional goods.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate shipment of promotional materials and track shipments to ensure timely delivery across regions.
  • Promotional Allocation & Disbursement: Share allocation details of promotional materials with respective teams and monitor and track disbursement of promos through Phyzii or other distribution platforms.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed within specified timelines and SLAs and provide regular updates regarding stock status, shipment, and distribution.
