Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and align supply plans
  • Analyze supply chain KPIs to monitor performance and recommend enhancements
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations
  • Document processes, create training materials, and support knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain management software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration internally and with external partners
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with automation tools and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices
  • Familiarity with international logistics and vendor management
