Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Supply Chain Manager
to join our dynamic team in
Mumbai City
. This is a full-time position that offers an annual salary of

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on sourcing strategy and vendor management. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to enhance procurement processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee planning and scheduling activities to align with production and inventory needs.
  • Conduct inventory planning to minimize costs while meeting customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Utilize networking skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing strategy, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills with a focus on inventory management.
  • Excellent networking abilities to foster relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
