We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations and plan efficient administrative procedures.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow other operations to function smoothly.

- Office Operations: Organize and supervise other office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.">
- Housekeeping and Security: Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and cleanliness within the office.">
- Policy Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.">
- Business Development: Stay up-to-date with organizational changes and business developments.">
- Information Flow: Facilitate smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.">
- Negotiations and Travel: Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for best prices.">
- Calendar and Travel Arrangements: Manage calendars and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations.">
- Vendor Development: Select, coordinate, and manage vendors.">
- Purchase and Inventory: Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and other inventory.">
- Office Asset Maintenance: Maintain and upkeep all office assets.">
- Annual Maintenance Contracts: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).">
- Government Relations: Liaise with government bodies and police officials.">
- Expense Tracking: Track expenses to ensure compliance with cost budget.">
- Reporting: Submit MIS reports on administration expenses.">
