Job Title: Manager Total Rewards

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our total rewards strategy, driving business results through innovative compensation and benefits programs.

This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing compensation structures, managing employee benefits, and driving performance-driven reward systems.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair and transparent reward systems.
