Reward operations play a crucial role in business success. As a Reward Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of all reward activities.

This role involves acting as the second point of escalation for day-to-day matters across compensation, benefits, and incentives.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the operational delivery of reward processes, including job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration oversight, and incentive scheme governance.
  • Acting as the second point of escalation for queries (first-line resolution handled by Analysts).
  • Overseeing cyclical reward activities (e.g., annual compensation review) ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborating with payroll to ensure benefit processes are accurate and compliant.
  • Mentoring and developing analysts to build capability and resilience in the team.
  • Driving process improvement, automation, and standardisation of reward operations.
  • Maintaining compliance with legal, tax, and data protection requirements in all reward processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits operations within a complex organisation. You will possess strong leadership skills, with experience guiding teams. Advanced analytical skills, excellent Excel/modeling capability, and confident communication skills are also essential.
