CPG Industry Specialist Role

The position entails serving as an expert in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry across various client engagements, providing strategic guidance and contextual insights.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies for revenue growth and portfolio optimization.
  • Offer subject matter expertise on pricing, marketing, trade, and innovation, ensuring industry relevance and strategic impact.
  • Develop internal capabilities by creating accelerators, reusable frameworks, and training programs to enhance Straive's CPG practice.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing, trade promotion, consumer and market insights.
  • Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with a track record of solving complex challenges in CPG.
